· 360° Feedback - Offered in conjunction with Dale Carnegie® Training, this comprehensive evaluation process shows participants how they rank in the areas of Self-Confidence, People Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, and Ability to Control Stress. This feedback helps individuals identify and focus on areas of potential growth, thus capitalizing on the Dale Carnegie® Training experience.
· Business Improvement Discussion - BID is an assessment tool used to identify areas of training that creates the most dramatic impact on your company's performance. The discussion is conducted in a 90-minute format facilitated by an experienced trainer. The information collected can be useful in uncovering hidden needs of employees and identifying skill sets that need to be developed. This assessment survey pinpoints areas where improvements will have the most dramatic impact for a department, team of managers or your entire company.
· Organization Improvement Discussion - Building on the BID, an Organizational Improvement Discussion focuses on the overall organizational climate.
